Bear sightings have been increasing recently, and as a result, we are offering this special dish as a new attempt to coexist with the local nature.We use three different parts of Asiatic black bears from Gifu Prefecture and serve thinly sliced bear meat in a Hari Hari Nabe hotpot, in a Japanese-style broth carefully prepared to bring out the best in the bear.Bear meat is known for its fat, but the surprisingly pure flavor is enhanced by the lean meat.It's a perfect warming dish for winter.
